I had to reach out to customer support, but they wouldn’t lend a hand. Really let down. The product itself is solid (this is my third time buying it); however, the pump failed on one of the bottles. All in all, the item isn’t worth the cost (including shipping and duties) along with the subpar customer service.

ByErim has truly worked wonders for my hair. Lately, I've been dealing with hair thinning, thanks to postpartum changes and the stress from the pandemic and losing loved ones. Since I started using this oil, my hair has felt so much better. It’s soft and shiny after each application. Plus, the scent is absolutely heavenly—my husband loves it too!

On top of that, the packaging is gorgeous and made from fully recyclable materials. And let me tell you about Erim, the owner; she’s such a down-to-earth and kind person. Communicating with her is a breeze, and it’s no wonder her clients are so devoted.

I can’t recommend ByErim enough! I’m already on my fourth bottle, using it for my daughter as well, and I just bought some for my mum, who’s also facing hair loss. I’m still waiting on the shampoo and conditioner I ordered 6 days back, and I was promised it would arrive in 48 hours with tracking. What’s going on?

Adore the design and texture of the brush. One of the brushes had a couple of ends missing, which is kinda frustrating since they were meant to be gifts. It would be awesome if they came in separate boxes, and maybe even had a gift wrap choice? Not sure if I overlooked that during checkout.

Sadly, my experience fell short of what I was expecting. The bottle arrived with a significant leak. The pump wasn’t secured properly or was faulty, resulting in oil spilling all over the box and filling the lid. I reached out to customer service, and they pointed fingers at the shipping company, even though it was obvious the issue was with the bottle lid. They offered me a 15% refund. BUT, after waiting more than a week for the refund to show up, it never did, so I had to contact customer service again. They finally processed the refund (which hadn’t been done at first), and I eventually received my £3.75 back. Overall, it was a bit of a hassle. The oil itself smells nice, but I’d recommend using it only on the lengths of your hair; otherwise, it can make your hair look greasy. When I tried deep oiling my scalp and washing it out, it made my scalp itch, so I’ll stick to applying it just on the lengths.

I'm on my fourth bottle now - that pretty much says it all. My husband and I use the oil at least three times a week. Personally, I've noticed my hair growing healthier, and my husband has seen a better scalp and his beard is coming in stronger.

This hair oil is truly fantastic! I experienced some hair thinning from overusing products and heat on my beard. As a practicing Sikh in a professional setting, I often tie my beard up and rely on hairspray. Unfortunately, this led to some hair loss. However, Erim oil has significantly reduced the shedding, and my beard feels much thicker and stronger now! Big thanks for such a wonderful product!

I really adore this hair oil; it’s my go-to product! Since I have naturally dry hair, during the winter months, I find myself reapplying it while I’m out and about. When it rains, I like to use a bit to control the frizz. However, the 50ml bottle takes up quite a bit of space, so I think a smaller size, like a 10ml, would be super convenient to toss in my bag—just a suggestion!

I also just tried the shampoo and conditioner, and wow, they smell absolutely amazing!

Shipping was a breeze. Great chats on Instagram. The oil is incredible. It has a nice scent. Doesn't make my hair greasy. My curls are now super luscious and bouncy.

My partner applies the oil to his beard, and I grabbed a 50ML bottle for myself, which he used for me the very same day - even after just one overnight application and a wash, my hair feels smoother and shinier than it ever has! I use this oil for my two daughters, my husband's beard, and myself. We all really enjoy it, and it’s definitely not greasy.

This stuff is just fantastic! My hair feels incredible, and my beard is loving it too. After only a handful of uses, my hair is looking way fuller and healthier. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

This bottle has a great scent and looks nice. I gave it a 4 because it was leaking a bit, but I'm still pretty happy with the product overall.

Honestly, I didn’t think the hairbrush would be anything special since I’ve used a ton of them before. But, wow, I was really surprised!
